Founded in Newburyport, North of Boston Cancer Resource (NBCR) is a support organization that enriches the well-being of people living with cancer and their loved ones by enhancing access to resources, education, and services that support the whole person throughout the course of treatment and beyond.
Highlights:
• A one of a kind, NBCR website provides a comprehensive guide to highly qualified practitioners of complementary therapies, cancer specific programs, support groups, and organizations in the communities north of Boston.
• NBCR hosts a monthly Speaker Series, featuring experts on a wide variety of topics focused on the needs and empowerment of people affected by cancer.
• Through their gift certificate program, NBCR provides funding for people to experience healing therapies and support services.
