Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness.
Open to all levels, this workshop offers an introduction to the foundational principles of the practice while deepening your understanding of the technology of posture, breath, meditation, and sound - and how these tools support greater vitality.
We will begin by exploring the core principles of Kundalini Yoga before moving through a complete kriya (a guided sequence of movement, breath, sound, and meditation). Throughout the practice, we’ll explore not only what we are doing, but why we do it. You’ll gain insight into the technology of mantra, the purpose behind specific breathwork and movement practices, and how these techniques influence the brain, nervous system, and state of awareness.
You can expect to leave feeling more clear, centered, and connected. This practice invites you to cultivate your own inner authority, trusting your direct experience and developing the tools for greater presence, resilience, and empowered clarity in everyday life.
Modifications will be taught and this is trauma-informed. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothes to move in.
