Residential Program Manager - Salisbury

We are seeking a Program Manager at our residential program located in Salisbury, MA. This is a hands-on position with operational and management responsibilities.
Job Summary:
  • Directly supports five high functioning intellectually and developmentally disabled adult men with varied support needs, including intensive behaviors and medical challenges
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the group residence, including the supervision, hiring, scheduling and training of staff
  • Completes all ISP documentation into HCSIS
  • Responsibilities also include: community activities, medical appointments, interacting with family members, Day Programs, medication administration, and working closely with the Clinical team and Program Nurse
  • Attends ISP meetings for individuals, fiscal management, administrative systems, paperwork and record keeping
  • Facilitates monthly team meetings and interacts on a regular basis with DDS Service Coordinators
  • Performs scheduling, time reporting, fiscal management, coordination of community activities, family member interaction, record keeping and team meeting facilitation, along with monthly staff meetings
  • Will work a full time schedule from 9:00am – 5:00pm on a Monday - Friday basis and cover one open shift weekly as program needs require; this shift would be part of the 40 hour week; must carry cell phone with 24x7 on call responsibility
  • Will manage a large staff of direct support employees
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior residential DDS program management experience, including prior direct support staff supervision
  • First Aid, CPR, MAP, and PAC will be required; recertification training provided
  • Basic computer, email knowledge
