Retail Branch Administrator

Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the overall operations and customer service functions of the retail banking department and establishing operating standards to protect the bank from unnecessary risk. Monitoring for compliance with applicable regulations; develops and implements branch customer service, retail operations and security policies and procedures; and provides guidance and support for resolution of personnel matters in cooperation with Human Resources Department.
