Medical Concierge/Spa Receptionist
If you are looking for a positive, fun, beauty-sales focused environment that prides itself on guest satisfaction, then we want to meet you!
Work Hours: Maximum of 30 hours per week
Monday and Wednesday evenings 3pm-9pm & Saturdays 9-5 a must!
Position Summary: Professional, warm, friendly individual that provides a welcoming atmosphere for patients, while capable of managing a reception style multitasking environment.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Required Skills:
  • Answer the phone with a positive approach maintaining a calm professional attitude throughout the call
  • Take specific and thorough information from clients and input them into our scheduling software
  • Comfortable with computers and able to learn new software programs quickly
  • Experience with AestheticsPro software, or other scheduling software, is a plus
  • Skilled in MS-Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Skilled in eMail and texting
  • Ability to articulate a professional and service-oriented emails and texts to patients
  • Welcome patients into the Spa upon arrival with a warm, friendly interaction
  • Manage the appointments throughout the day
  • As patients complete their services, work with the esthetician to up-sell products and services based on the esthetic plan made specifically for the patient
  • Sales experience and comfort in selling products and services to each patient
  • Willingness to learn trends in the medical spa industry, and educate patients on these trends
  • Organized and task orientated
  • Ensure all consent forms are signed by all patients prior to service
  • General cleaning duties include: Maintaining a neat office, straighten magazines, sweep/mop the floors, maintain a clean bathroom etc.
  • Support our Social Media and Marketing Campaigns daily
