Really Rosie by Maurice Sendak with music by Carole King

Rosie, the sassiest kid on her block and the Nutshell Kids live on Avenue P in Brooklyn, New York. On a hot July Saturday, the children are bored and need something to do. Rosie imagines herself as a famous talented star, and decides to produce an imaginary movie musical about her life and in particular the demise of her brother Chicken Soup, to be called “Did You Hear What Happened to Chicken Soup?”

You won’t want to miss two talented local casts of students perform this musical that brings out the kid in all of us. If you are coming to see a specific actor, be sure to purchase tickets for the correct show (see below). Produced through special arrangement with Samuel French, New York, NY.
