Event Description:
Join Friends of NYS for a night of dancing through our favorite music decades. Start the night in the 1950s and dance through to the 1980s-- come dressed for prom from any decade (Please don't spend a lot on attire. Fun and vintage is great!). This is the perfect night to make new prom memories, get that prom do-over, or go to prom for the first time! Silent auction, prizes for most dedicated to each decade, prom photos, and "Taste of NBPT" hors d'oeuvres included. We encourage you to invite friends, family, and colleagues to join the fun and support a good cause. This event is intended for all adults, from young professionals to retirees.
Prom Through the Decades proceeds benefit Newburyport Youth Services, which actively supports the communities and schools of Newburyport, Amesbury, Georgetown, Newbury, Salisbury, and Rowley in elevating Positive Youth Development.
