Event Description:
The signature event of the Newburyport Preservation Trust is the month-long Newburyport Preservation celebration every spring, featuring illustrated lectures, architectural tours, social events, and the annual Preservation Awards presentation. There are multiple events through out the month of May. Keynote speaker Vin Cipolla, President & CEO of Historic New England, expert insight from timber frame, Sophie Linnes, art restoration expert Tim Neill, a "Trades-person Round-table" to discuss old house issues with experts, an architectural boat tour on the Merrimac, Newburyport's Powder House Open House, and the annual Preservation Awards. The Keynote is free for all
Other events are  free admission for NPT members (except boat tour) and $20 for non-members
History Boat Tour is $35 for members and $50 for non-members
