Event Description:
Have you ever wanted to join a chorus, or perhaps want to return to singing with others?  Newburyport Choral Society (NCS) singer registration may be your chance to finally give it a try! We accept singers from high school age and up, and of all musical skill levels. NCS offers both new and veteran singers many opportunities to deepen their music appreciation and practice vocal technique. Our winter concert in December is entitled "NCS Christmas with Brass" and will include holiday music from the Renaissance to the present from Europe, Great Britain and the United States. Date/Time Information:
Tuesday evenings, September 10 and 17 from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm.  All new and prospective singers should plan to stay for the entire rehearsal, which concludes approximately 9:30 pm.

Fees/Admission:
There is a modest registration fee for the singing semester as well as music fees, but you do not have to pay these until you have decided to join.  Scholarships based on need are available.
