Growing Up Goddess: Dream Tweens Workshop (Ages 10-13)

The confusion of adolescence is amplified today as girls embark upon the puberty years in a world of social media influence.

This time in a girl's life is more commonly filled with anxiety, judgment, and constant comparison than we would like. So let us prepare our growing girls to not only "handle" these pressures, but to "thrive" in their presence!

This is the perfect intro workshop for girls aged 10-13 who could benefit from the following:
* A holistic and awakened perspective on peer pressure
* Learning and practicing special phrases and thoughts to "neutralize" a bully in the moment (aka "Goddess Guard")
* Helping her to identify the unique and awesome things that make her a "Sacred Goddess"
* Guidance on learning healthy self-care and developing a relationship with her "intuition" for the best self-guidance 
* Learning healthy boundaries physically and emotionally that apply to all types of relationships
* Understanding the changes of her body that are the platform for becoming her divine Goddess self

This is the workshop that all mothers wish they had when they were an adolescent. Now you can prepare your daughter for an empowering life of awareness and success!

Parents are welcome to sit in, if the child is more comfortable, or sit in the lobby or go to the Starbucks below while the workshop is happening. If parents choose to stay, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for yourself due to capacity restrictions.
