If you have not yet had the pleasure of taking one of Chef Gregg’s Cooking Classes, his upcoming March Cooking Class is the perfect one to get in on! It’s not only a fun night out, a great chance to meet new people, and the perfect evening to enjoy the company of friends and/ or your significant other, but you’ll also be learning one of Chef Gregg’s Specialty Dishes... Pan Seared Scallops paired with a Shrimp Risotto. We couldn’t believe it ourselves... he will be sharing his top secret recipe and ingredients for this dish with the first ten people who reserve their spots!
